I aim to ship all orders within 72 hours Monday - Friday. You will be notified via email once your order has been sent off, along with tracking details.​

​Shipping is limited to Australia and New Zealand and costs a flat rate of $24 per item.

returns & exchanges

Unfortunately we do not accept returns and refunds at this point in time.

We do, however, offer exchanges for you if you change your mind about the colour you ordered. To arrange a change of colour please contact us directly at care@solaceandstill.com.au with the subject as 'exchange' and simply tell us your full name and order number and which colour you would like sent out to you. Exchanges will be posted once your order has been sent back and received by us. Please note - We do not cover the return shipping cost and we only accept the exchange if your bundle is unopened.  The tote bag is the colour of your bedding - please do not unpack the bed set if you are unhappy with the colour!

re-stocking

Solace & Still is a local label and production is currently small-scale.  If a product is market as ‘sold out’, know that I am working to bring it back in stock asap!
